Aufgaben:

  • Programmieren und Einrichten von CNC-Drehmaschinen / CNC-Dreh-Fräs-Bearbeitungszentren
  • Fertigung komplexer und hochpräziser Drehteile in kleinen bis mittleren Serien
  • Optimierung von Herstellungsprozessen
  • Saubere Dokumentation der Arbeitsabläufe
  • Qualitätsprüfung während der Produktion

Anforderungen:

  • Eine abgeschlossene Berufslehre als Polymechaniker/in oder Produktionsmechaniker/in
  • Erfahrung im CNC-Drehen
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse und Erfahrung im CAM-Programmieren mit Alphacam / TopSolid
  • Erfahrung im Erstellen von 3D-Modellen mittels CAD (TopSolid)
  • Selbständige, initiative, flexible und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Gute PC Kenntnisse (MS-Office)
